Cancellation requests
If you want to cancel, contact us as quickly as possible. Orders are easiest to cancel during the processing window before supplier fulfillment starts. Once supplier fulfillment or shipment starts, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Returns and supplier addresses
Do not ship returns to a supplier, warehouse, or address shown on a package unless we tell you to use that address. Some returns require a specific approval, return label, or destination address.
Business and legal notices
Use support@coolisgadgets.com for store-related notices and customer service requests. If a notice legally requires a physical or registered address, include “Legal Notice” in the subject line so it can be routed appropriately.
