Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how Cool Is Gadgets processes orders, checks supplier availability, handles delivery estimates, and responds to shipping delays.
Processing before fulfillment
After payment, orders normally enter a processing window before supplier fulfillment begins. We use this window to review payment, fraud risk, stock, shipping availability, address issues, customer cancellation requests, and product-specific fulfillment risk.
Processing time is not the same as carrier transit time. Tracking normally becomes available only after supplier fulfillment and carrier handoff.
Supplier fulfillment model
Products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, including AliExpress-related suppliers and logistics partners. Packaging, tracking events, shipping origin, and carrier handoffs can vary by product and destination.
If supplier stock or freight availability changes before fulfillment, we may contact you, cancel/refund the order, offer a replacement, offer a revised delivery estimate, or place the order on hold pending your response.
Shipping estimates
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless a specific guarantee is clearly stated. Estimates depend on supplier processing, carrier performance, customs, destination country, weather, holidays, local delivery handoff, and other factors outside our direct control.
Where the law requires us to ship within a stated timeframe or provide delay notices and cancellation/refund options, we will follow those requirements.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide it after the supplier or carrier creates it. Tracking may take time to activate and may not update during export, customs, or carrier handoff periods.
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us promptly and check with household members, building staff, neighbors, local carrier pickup points, and your local carrier office.
Customs, duties, and import charges
International orders may be subject to customs checks, taxes, duties, brokerage, import charges, or delivery fees imposed by the destination country or carrier. Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, customers are responsible for destination-country taxes, duties, and import charges where allowed by law.
Customs delays are outside our direct control. We will help where practical, but we cannot guarantee customs release timing.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address is incomplete, invalid, undeliverable, refused, or not collected, delivery may fail and extra charges may apply.
Contact us immediately if your address is wrong. We can try to correct it before fulfillment, but changes are not guaranteed after supplier fulfillment starts.
Lost, delayed, or returned packages
If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact support@coolisgadgets.com with your order number and tracking details. We may need carrier investigation time before a refund or replacement can be approved.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, unpaid import charges, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, refund or reshipment options may be limited where allowed by law.
