Order Tracking

Use your order confirmation email and tracking updates to follow delivery progress. Contact support if tracking has not updated or the delivery estimate has passed.

Tracking availability

Tracking is usually added after supplier fulfillment and carrier handoff. Some tracking numbers take time to activate after they are created.

No tracking update yet

If your order is still in the processing window, tracking may not exist yet. If tracking exists but has not updated, it may be waiting for carrier scan, export processing, customs, or local delivery handoff.

Delayed orders

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, or within any mandatory legal default timeframe where applicable, we will provide a revised estimate and explain your cancellation/refund options.
