Where do products ship from?

Products may ship from third-party supplier locations and logistics partners. Some items are fulfilled through AliExpress supplier networks. Shipping origin, packaging, carrier, and tracking events can vary by product and destination.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery estimates depend on the product, supplier, destination country, carrier, customs processing, and shipping method shown or checked at checkout. If we cannot ship within the stated estimate or, where applicable, within the legal default timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and your options.

Can I cancel after ordering?

You can request cancellation during the processing window before supplier fulfillment starts. After supplier fulfillment or shipment starts, cancellation is not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer cancellation rights, where applicable, still apply.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind?

Where allowed by law, our voluntary return policy requires the item to be unused, unopened where sealed, undamaged, and in original packaging. You must contact us before sending anything back. Customer-paid return shipping may apply for change-of-mind returns unless local law says otherwise.

What if the item is damaged, defective, or wrong?

Contact us promptly with photos and order details. If the problem is verified, we will offer an appropriate remedy such as refund, replacement, repair, store credit, keep-item resolution, or supplier return process depending on the situation and applicable law.

Do product names mention other brands?

Compatibility references such as iPhone, Samsung, USB-C, MagSafe, or Apple Watch are used to describe fit or compatibility only. Cool Is Gadgets is not affiliated with those brands unless expressly stated.
